"Warranty worked, even if I felt a bit brushed off"
I sent in my old knife with a chipped tip and, to be fair, they did end up fixing it without charging me anything besides shipping. It took a little while, and the communication made me feel kind of dismissed at times, like I was being a bother for asking about it. But in the end, the warranty actually came through, so I’m happy with the outcome.

"Nice demo, zero pressure"
I had a Cutco demo last week with a college student rep, it was a lot more relaxed than I expected 🙂

They walked me through the knives, did the rope and penny test, and answered all my questions without making it feel weird or salesy. I really appreciated that I could take my time and didn’t feel cornered into buying anything.

I ended up ordering a small set for my kitchen. They’re definitely not cheap, but after seeing the demo, I get why people hang onto them for years.

"Seems like a fair price to me"
They’re not exactly cheap, but for the quality, I don’t really mind. I’ve had mine for a while now, and they still cut really well, which is kind of the main thing anyway. I guess when something actually lasts, the price starts to make more sense.

"Cuts really well, mostly happy"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I was relieved this actually worked without much fuss. It’s definitely sharp and cuts really well most of the time, though it’s not perfect every single cut. Overall, I’m mostly happy with it.

"Still super sharp months later"
I've been using my Cutco knife for months now, and it's still crazy sharp. It slices through tomatoes so easily I barely have to press down

"Not as pushy as I thought it’d be"
I’ll be honest, I kind of went into it expecting a super awkward sales pitch and was already wondering if I’d regret agreeing to it. But it really wasn’t like that. The rep showed me the knives, answered what I asked, and didn’t act weird when I said I wanted to think about it.
I did go back and forth in my head a bit, because I wasn’t sure if I actually needed them, but I ended up buying because I genuinely liked them. Didn’t feel pressured or cornered, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a better experience than I expected

"Sharp at first, but didn’t stay that way"
I got this sometime around late spring, or maybe early summer, and it was really sharp right out of the package. For the first few uses it worked great, but the edge seemed to dull faster than I expected. Not terrible, just didn’t hold up as long as I was hoping

"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
In my experience, the refund process was a bit slower than I expected. I sent the item back, and it took about a week after they received it for the refund to come through. Support did reply to my email, though not super quickly. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but it got handled fine in the end.

"Still no rust after a few months"
I’ve been using it for a few months now and it still hasn’t shown any rust. I’ve even put it through the dishwasher a bunch of times, so I’m happy with it so far

I ended up having to send back a knife set because I ordered the wrong one, which felt like just my luck. I was already expecting the whole return process to turn into some annoying ordeal, but Cutco actually made it simple. There wasn’t any weird back-and-forth or runaround, and my refund came through faster than I thought it would. I was ready for it to be a pain, but thankfully it wasn’t.

"Easy to take care of and still going strong"
I’ve been using my Cutco knives for a while now, they’ve been really easy to keep in good shape. They clean up without any hassle and stay sharp without me having to do anything special. I definitely like having them in the kitchen. The only reason I’d knock off a star is that they take up a decent amount of room in the block...

I ordered from cutco.com thinking, okay, this will probably take a little while, but nope, it actually got here fast. I got the tracking info right away, which was nice because I always end up checking that stuff more than I need to. The box showed up in good shape too, no dents or anything weird. i was kind of expecting at least some delay, but everything was super smooth. Happy with how quickly it all moved.

"Good quality, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The handles and blades feel really solid, and overall it seems like something that’ll hold up well over time. I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question about it, which took away from the experience a bit, but the product itself feels well made.

"Worth it for me"
Wasn’t sure at first since they cost more than I’d usually spend, but they feel solid and seriously sharp.
I’ve had them a while and use them almost daily. Still cut great, so yeah, feels like money well spent.

"Still holding up after the dishwasher"
I’ve run this through the dishwasher a few times now and it still looks good, so I’m happy with that. i was expecting some kind of issue by now, but it’s held up well. If anything changes, I’d expect the company to make it right.

"Still Cuts Great After 6 Years"
I was cleaning out some old emails and actually found the receipt for this from 6 years ago, which made me realize how long I’ve had it. The blade is still surprisingly sharp and cuts great. didn’t expect it to hold up this well

The delivery came exactly when they said it would, which was great. I was kind of expecting some delay, but nope, it showed up on time. Solid, I guess.
